How to localize VoIP-Tel GUI?

I want to make change english interface to another language. What files must be changed?

Are you sure you want to use the discontinued VoIPtel GUI? It has not been maintained for more than a year and contain multiple bugs
that have not been and will not be fixed. I would strongly recommend the VoIPtel CE firmware instead.

actually i'm going to use astfin and i think they use Voip-tel GUI. that's why i want to use voip-tel gui.
i'm going to make an embedded asterisk system on IP-04 GUI installed.

if you have better ideas that would be better.

The VoIPtel CE and SE firmware is based on Astfin2 while the discontinued VoIPtel GUI is based on BAPS.
